PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS – Page 15 – February 23, 2010 : The County of Saratoga has accepted federal grants from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the planning, design, development and improvement of Saratoga County Airport. As a condition of the acceptance of such grants, the County has signed grant assurances with the FAA that require the County to comply with specific requirements set by the FAA.
