Meeting Snippet: Mr. Manz said there is a consultant agreement with McFarland Johnson where there are some penetrations off of runway 23 that are current violations and need to be taken care. A request is being made to authorize McFarland Johnson to proceed with the engineering and appraisal services for the acquisition of land and/or avigation easements for the clearing of the property.
